EVMHero provides blockchain transaction analysis tools with AI-assisted insights. The Service allows users to analyze Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchain transactions, view execution traces, and receive automated explanations of transaction behavior.

The Service is provided for informational and technical purposes only.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Access

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use

You may not share accounts or access credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be misused or shared.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Facilitate fraud or illegal activity

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes imposed by your jurisdiction

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate automated analysis.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided “as is”
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying information before relying on it
• We are not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for functionality, including infrastructure, payment processing, authentication, blockchain data, AI processing, and email delivery.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, security, or practices.

8. Data Processing

To provide transaction analysis, blockchain-related data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing.

Such data is used solely to generate analysis outputs. We configure providers to limit data retention and secondary use where such options are available. Further details are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to the operator of EVMHero and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely to operate and improve the Service.

10. Availability

The Service is provided without uptime guarantees or service level commitments. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of EVMHero from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Content or data you submit

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for legitimate reasons, including violation of these Terms, misuse, or legal or technical necessity.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Access to the Service ceases
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• Data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and EVMHero regarding the Service.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
